Exercises included in the program:

   1) abdominal exercises:

        • "Clip" - basically an exercise in the rectus muscle; abdomen.

        • Upgrades torso - this exercise mainly.

way develops the rectus abdominis.

   2) Exercise for biceps:

        • With rod - this exercise trains biceps and shoulder muscles;

        • With dumbbells - this exercise involves brachioradialis, shoulder and biceps (biceps) muscle.

   3) bench press - this exercise develops the entire pectoralis major muscle, pectoralis minor, triceps, front part of the deltoid muscle, gear and rostral-shoulder muscles trapezoid.

   4) Push-ups - this exercise involves the pectoral muscles and triceps.

   5) Squat:

        • Conventional squats - this exercise involves the quadriceps, gluteal and thigh adductors.

        • Squats - this exercise involves more quadriceps, gluteal and thigh adductors.

In the future we plan to add the following exercises:

    1) Calf Raises Standing

        • Conventional (on 2 legs);

        • On one leg.

    2) Leg Extension (for the quadriceps).

    3) Inclined leg press.

    4) Dips.

    5) Pulling up on the bar bottom grip.

    6) Check ups (triceps).

    7) Lifting the knees in the support (the press).
