There is a dragged-out world war with the enemy never seen before. Lord Bingham is coming back to the world arena and he needs a skilled commander.

Há uma base secreta escondida nas montanhas da Espanha, com o porta -aviões ginormous transportando a torre de batalha sob sua autoridade e também uma equipe de especialistas que executam tarefas especiais.
